Factor N was founded by Joshua Nardo, a technology and operations executive who has spent three decades turning strategy into profitable, repeatable execution. He has owned the P&L for and scaled advisory and delivery practices spanning IT strategy, cybersecurity and resilience, and global electronic trading technology — leading cross-functional teams from Chicago to London, Hong Kong, and São Paulo, and serving clients from AmLaw 100 law firms to global exchanges, banks, and Fortune 100 enterprises. He holds an MBA with international distinction from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
